Prepare Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes Schedule for the finalized interior design selections.

CONSTRUCTION PERIOD
Coordinate and arrange the purchase of items such as fixtures, fittings, finishes, lighting, flooring.

PHASE 4:
WALK THROUGH & FINAL TOUCHES
Conduct a final walkthrough to assess the completed project.
Evaluate finishing details and address any final adjustments.
Coordinate any last-minute styling or refinements to ensure a polished result.
Review the project with the client to ensure satisfaction.
finalize all product and selection information for client handover package.
Start implementing Phase 5 if client has decided and agreed to this phase.
Create a proposal for the agreed upon scope of work for phase 5.
PHASE 5:
FURNISH & ACCESSORIES
Develop a design concept and furniture package for furniture, soft furnishings, Window treatments, art, and accessories for entire home, utilizing existing pieces client possesses.
This phase is undertaken concurrently with Phase 1 to ensure a cohesive design.
Visit suppliers to select furniture/accessories on your behalf.
Placement and coordination of trade orders for all furniture/accessories.
